I just got back from hearing Andre play at a coffee shop in Studio 
City.  He's such a good guitarist, and he has great facility with his 
EDP. I left before the end of the set and didn't get to ask about it, 
but he was using a manual controller in addition to the footswitches. 
It looked to me like it was a drum machine that was sending out note 
messages as remote button presses.

Andre, is this correct?
