hi Phil,
glad you got the sysex working.
A couple of hints
1) while processing a sysex command the edp doesn't have the processing
power
to do anything else. That includes checking for midi input.
If you need to change more than one param with a sysex command
you'll have to use a midi controller that puts a delay between them.
The audio from the edp will drop out briefly while processing sysex.
2) Changes to 8th/Cycle aren't effective till the end of the cycle
(or is it end of the loop?)
