He, he... interesting point! I'm viewing that topic from a more
practical side rather than academic. And then you have to look also at
what tools are available and how easy you can get hold of them. By
using Apple hardware and software I can minimize my own hours lost to
activities not directly having to do with creating sounding music.
That's just my top priority, not to bash Linux or BeOS (another former
"The Music OS" candidate).
