looking for telecaster string ferrules

I've had Teles for a few years,  but the first time this was a problem 
was last month.
I pulled a string out and the little sucker dissapeared. I was about to 
order more
when I found it a few days later. It's wasn't behind the amps, but under 
the bed.

I'm glad I found it.

I noticed that if I clip the part of the string wrapped around the 
string post
before I pull the string out, it doesn't pull the ferrule out.
