No. Not if you want to loop with recorded Live audio clips. But if  
you use a software plug-in for looping you can set this plug-in to  
send the "first loop's" tempo out as MIDI Clock. Then you can set  
Live to "EXT" (Sync Slave Mode) and, in the MIDI/Sync preferences,  
enable the MIDI input (where the MIDI Clock comes in from the plug- 
in) as a Sync source.

Examples of looping plug-ins that have the capacity to sending out  
MIDI Clock are Augustus Loop (AU for OS X) and Mobius (VST for  
Windows XP).
