I bought Live a while ago and they were having a special on
Operator... I was not impressed at all. Perhaps it's better now but
go to http://www.kvraudio.com/get.php and define your search and
start downloading demos... be careful, there's a ton of good stuff
out there, some free, some not but it can replace playing music in
your life just checking everything out.

btw, FM synths that I like (Crystal isn't one of them, it's great but
it's a virtual analog) are Zebra, Sytrus, Toxic, FM8. Not all of
that list is pure FM, but they're a good place to start if you like
that FM sound.

That said, your question was kind of like asking, "Should I get
chinese food for dinner or buy a car?" Both good things but very
different.

Mark
