Like Trevor says, once you've hi Mute, you can always do this with the 
"Insert" button.

Easiest way is to set MoreLoops=1, then the NextLoop button magically 
transforms into the re-trigger button that you want.

Otherwise, there's a number of DirectMidi commands:-

"Retrigger" is a good one :-)
