Hey Chaz,

IIRC, changing loops on an RC-20(XL or not XL) requires that you use 
your hand to turn a knob.  If that's OK and the loops are prerecorded, 
then the RC-20(XL) will be just fine.  But if you want to record each 
loop in real time and select which one plays without using your hands, 
then you'll need a different looper.  Perhaps Mobius (on a laptop), 
Echoplex EDP, etc.
