Oh. You are banking up and down when this happens? Make sure you have "Bank Style" set to "None". I think the default is "First" which will send the MIDI data of the first patch in the new bank. Page 14 in the manual has more info.

I should clarify that I am in Bank using first 5 switches as bank and the top 10 as instant access switches. Problem occurs when selecting a patch change using the bank buttons.
