Line 6 repair issues

recently my line 6 dl4 stopped working in 14 second mode which sucks sine 
i mainly use it for just that purpose! i have been having a hell of a time 
getting my RA number so i can send it off to be repaired under warranty. 
anyone else have this much trouble dealing with them?
