BERLIN BELLS.mp3
Looping Tool(s): Gibson EDP with Loop 4, Electrix Repeater, Line 6 DL4
Instrument(s): diatonically tuned toy bells
URL: http://www.looppool.info
Comments: this was posted after reading the thread on
"Music Box Sounds". It was just very synchronous that I had just finished this piece using live recordings of a toy bell piece that I did at the 1st berlin live looping festival last summer.

GCG_-_Time_Out_For_Steven.wma
Looping Tool(s): Sonar
Instrument(s): Cables, Sample
URL: http://http://www.artistserver.com/artist/index.cfm/a/14589/gangstercomputergod
Comments: Minimalism, impressionistic, I'm sure I could find tons of ways to bs about this track, which is why it was originally titled "Art Money Dance Groove." I think "Time Out For Steven" conveys the expression most eloquently, however.

NakedBluesCQSPJG.mp3
Looping Tool(s): Single Echoplex Digital Pro
Instrument(s): STeinberger GL2T Guitar
URL: http://home.earthlink.net/~Cara-Quinn
Comments: This is a live improv piece with two other talented musicians; -on bass Stanley Planet :) and vocals / harmonica Jimmy George.
The EDP is set to unquantized, and there's no midi control aside from an FCB 1010 so the various EDP effects are done on the fly in real time. For the guitar tone, there is a volume pedal, Digitech Space Station, a toneWorks Pandora PX 4, and finally a Paul Yaggel one-of-a-kind boutique tube amp, for a wonderful clean tone...
I hope you enjoy the piece!!!
Cara :)

ZEBADIA NOVACAINE_2mb.mp3
Looping Tool(s): Repeater and Vortex
Instrument(s): guitar (roland gp16 FX) to space station + gr30 sax patch. synthesised "connection sound" made on Korg MS2K. rest is acid!
URL: http://www.mark-red.com
Comments: Improvise guitar performance taken into Acid for editing and additional loopage. Including mobile phone interference, drumloops, and phone conversation with US man to his "soon to be" Philipino bride.
I had to reduce the mp3 quality down to 56kbs to fit the 2 mb limit (couldnt quite bring myself to make it mono tho...!!!)
