I had to check the manual. In stereo, you have a max record time of 4 min 23 sec or 8 min 46 sec depending on the sample rate you select. You could double these numbers by recording at half speed.

You can use the half speed function on a per loop basis to raise or lower by an octave. You can also control which output the loop or overdub is on if you use an A/B box to select which input your signal goes to.

I discovered the Boomerang III seconds after posting, it looks very promising, except no panning control for each loop, nor individual pitch, but so far the best one I’ve seen.

I’ll look into the Pixtronix.
