I bought a DL8 a few months ago as a sort-of replacement for an old
Digitech Time Machine which has blown its power supply (anyone out there
in the UK able to fix this???).
It kindof does what it says on the tin, but it's a disappointment.
Yes, up to 8secs straight delay (can be tap-tempo'd), up to 20sec
loop/overdub, various fashionable effects such as tape emulation,
reverse echo etc, but some weird quirks like turning the feedback to max
cuts the delay record! And trying to use the stereo out gives a
ping-pong echo with half the stated delay time on one channel.
A useful pedal, good value for money, but try before you buy; at Digital
Village where I bought mine this wasn't possible!!
