Amazon charges an annual fee to be listed, and they keep 55% of the 
selling price.  You'll get an order in email and then you ship to 
them in Lexington KY.

I don't make any money there at my level, but it's good to be visible.

CDBaby is a much better deal, and they get your CD into the iTunes 
Store and other online merchants.  More than half the money I get 
from CDBaby is from digital sales these days.
