Re: Euro-loop festivals 2009 (was: The Cologne Loopfestival /and Konstanz
I will be in Cambridge, UK, the week of September 14-20, in a
conference the 14th-17th. I would be happy to meet with anyone west of
Poland, i.e., anywhere I can get to from London with enough time to
make it worthwhile, to talk about loopfesting next year. Sadly, I
won't be able to bring the performing rig (my institution is sending
me in my dayjob incarnation, so the guitar has to stay home!), so it
would be a matter of meeting and greeting folks. I'll certainly be
bringing CDs along with me (that's actually part of the paper I will
be presenting), and would be happy to share them.
My thoughts are to find possible venues for a "performing" trip in
2009 and, if that means a European Loopfest, all the better.
Best,
Dennis
