Not as far as I know. I've heard of occasional compatibility problems when
BrotherSyncing with EDPs of other eras, e.g. EDP Plus. Nothing that 
couldn't
be solved with an exchange of crystals, AFAIK.

They did indeed! Bernard Bashful (aka William Walker) just recently
threatened the other two with the imminent disclosure of this raw, 
shocking,
yet intriguing material! BTW: They're called "The Bernards" (note the
