No. The Ground Control pedal is quite limited actually. The "pro" version
isn't much better. They only implement a few midi functions, and it is not
enough to control the echoplex. The vast majority of midi pedals out there
suck in this fashion. You need a full featured midi pedal, as has been
discussed before. These are less common.

the AllAccess is a very good pedal. The FC-200 is also ok and implements
all midi functions, though it has it's share or limitations. Both can be
used with the Echoplex. Other pedals are the Behringer FCB1010, Digitech
PMC-10, Lake-Butler Midigator, and Yamaha MFC-10. Pros and cons of each
have been discussed at length in the past.
