I recently picked up a Vox VDL1, it is unusable due to very high level of background noise that occurs as soon as strings are touched (quite literally, just tapping on muted strings creates a noise sound once the level goes above some threshold). Needless to say, it is unusable as a looping device.
Has anyone else encountered noise problems with the VDL1? Any fixes?
