You've used a number of different psu's,
all of which have the correct spec.

Likely you have a faulty unit,
or possibly a faulty SD-Card.
(it's also possible that the SD card can be unsuitable
even though Bob's tested with one the exact make and model 
number...Zoom say as much on their website)





The best test do do now is to get a nice new high
quality 9v battery and give it a try.
