Re: LP2 - multiply?

Mark et al,

I think the discussion of Scrambilng in M4L (thread = "ScrambleMax") got mixed into your thread regarding LP2 Multiply.

Well thanks for the suggestions Andy, I have NO idea how you are able to keep all those EDPosibilities, in your head.. But if you read my message carefully I wrote, I wish EDP had the MOBIUS DIVIDE.. Its quite clever, just cuts in half WHATEVER you are doing, at WHATEVER level you are, even if you only have 1 cycle, or loop... its quite clever... if Matt was to nick that idea off Jeff for ELoop (hard), I think they could call it quits? (Psst and I would be very happy)

probably not even close...but....

Insert Mode = SUS
Quantise = 8th
8th/Cycle = 2 (or some other value)

then each quick hit of Mult will half the loop

....that's the closest we could get.

Could try it with Moreloops=2
SwitchQuant = CnF ( or Quantised equivalent )
8th/cycle= 8 or 16 or something
+ above settings

then
1) hit Next (nothing happens)
2) a quick hit on Mult gives you a fast Stutter
3) hit Next (nothing happens)
4) wait till you're "on the one" again and hit Undo to bring back your loop
