OK OK.. but Andy.. Maybe you missed the point of the post. To recap, The AirFX is primarily a processing unit, that I use to process one EDP. However it also has a few sound patches.. vinyl crackle being one (the one incidentely that started this discussion) a terrible theramin, a couple of great, but impractical drum sounds and a bit of noise.. However these patches, are EXTREMELY LOUD, in respect to the sound of the EDP that is coming thru it, clean or processed.
The EDP output level is FULL UP, the mixer it goes into is set to -10..
