I don't own one, but I've played around with one a bit at Union Grove
Music.

What strikes me is that a 'musical', (that is , melodic) instrument , it
is very limited for the previously
mentioned lack of individual keys.

However, as a sound source or noise source with a fair amount of
sophistication in terms of bang for the buck,
I think it's really wonderful.

Also, from my understanding, you can run any audio through it's filter
system as an 'effect' which is
also very hip.

When I have the dough, I'll be buying one, for sure, myself for my
Rhythm and Noise project, aEther Engine.

Hope you are doing well, Lindsey. We really missed you at the Looping
Festival this year. I hope you'll come
play Y2K11.

hugs, Rick
