Re: loop windowing in mobius

if you hit trimend, it erases from the current frame to the end of the loop

all well and good, but i'd like to trim from the last 15th to the end - EXACTLY erasing the last 16th of the loop. so i'd like to be able to automate it with a script. i'd like to be able to tell mobius to wait until the boudary of subcycle 15 appears and then execute the trimend command

if mobius can keep track of which subcycle it's on (maybe with subcyclenumber) then it should be easy...

Sim,
maybe I was wrong on how trim operates....sorry. That's  because my music needs a perfect timing, so I play with a metronome in my ears nowdays,  and when I push that button I trim the loop 'in time' (according to my 8th per cycle settings).

Sorry, can't understand what exactly you want to get...
What do you mean with "trim from the last 8th or 16th to the end?"
