One thing about the Boss DD 20 is the ability to tap in a new loop length
as
you play. It is very smooth in the way it does this. This is in delay mode
of course not on looper or "phrase sample" mode. By turning the feedback
down and tapping while you play you can achive this pretty well. It saves
my
ass regularly :)

The M9 loop function is much improved over the DL 4 with the feedback
feature now. I am starting to dig it much.
