Re: the death of A MIDI footcontroller



1)
Must have programmable switches to either 
  a) send Note-On when switch is pressed, Note-Off when it's released.
     OR
  b) send a CC value when pressed, and a CC with data 0 when released

2) Must work without too much latency.

3) Switches should be mechanically easy/fast to press
