The RC50 had the same limitation -- that is, the feedback is either  
zero or 100% with no midpoint.  Any device can have feedback, though  
-- you simply have to feed some of the output back into the input.   
You could do this with an RC20 however you would need an external  
mixer which simply adds to the gear you have to carry around.
