Hi Reyn,

I use the Ableton 8 looper. I'm running windows and with 2Gb of RAM I
haven't had any out of memory issues.

I also haven't noticed sync or latency problems. Are you using MMX or
ASIO in the preferences for audio? I noticed with 8 that it is set to
MMX by default. ASIO should be much better in terms of latency.

Timing seems rock solid. My loops don't seem to drift at all. I'd give
8 a big thumbs up. I also like the multi-function loop button. For
syncing a loops with drum patterns it's my favorite.
