Re: OT: clock plugin for mac

thanks per! i found a free widget called timer, that can do the trick. not a DAW per se, just the host Audiomulch. i'm using the counter for some *rough* sync in a group improvisation.

does anybody know of an onscreen big clock vst/au version for macs?

i could live with a regular clock, not counting bars, beats, etc ... just time in minutes, seconds... syncing with the host, would be a plus, although i think this should be a default behavior.

the host daw i'm using have small digits.

Not knowing what DAW this is I'd like to hint that if using Logic there is a "large SMPTE display" option if you right-click the transport bar. The time counter can be set up at any size.

To look for third-party plug-ins, do a search at KVR!

I know that you are not alone in wishing for a scalable time counter, so there might be a fair chance somebody has mocked up something.

There are also normal time clocks available as OSX Widgets. If you start it as you start the music it will follow close even though not in sync.
