Best compressor settings for streaming video

Hi,

I haven't tried to compress for streaming video before, and I am
preparing a piece for The Virtual Sound Festival
(http://www.myspace.com/vsvfestival ) which will consist of musical
and mixed media performances over the internet. My contribution will
be pre-made video.

The instructions I have for compressing are a bit sketchy, and if
someone can suggest compressor settings that will best give Rainer
what he is asking for, that would be most helpful. Thanks.
