That's a press release, not a review.

presumably all the old plug-ins and guitar amp pro are still there if you upgrade (i hope) - wouldn't want to lose the sounds i've programmed

maybe the brain-dead "Mainstage has detected a MIDI conflict in your system" has been fixed, but I'd be surprised since they delete every comment i make about it from their forum immediately

not much of a compelling reason there for me to drop 2 bills on the upgrade from Logic 8, from what i've seen so far. maybe the new guitar amp modelling stuff sounds much better than the old? the stomp box stuff seems like just a different UI on the effects chain, unless there are a lot of great new algorithms included

it'd be nice to be able to map a controller to more than 1 parameter per patch.

the video of the looper in action looks like it doesn't even have multiply. basic is the operative term here.
