Re: WAY OT: DVD authoring software

Yeah, I'm on a PC using Premiere Pro (CS4).

I don't think its the fade itself since it looks just fine when I play
it on the computer itself (its only after its been burnt on DVD). The
fade is from the default black background with the opacity of the
initial frame at zero and slowly brought up to 100%.

I suppose I can try rendering to QT first and see if that burns to DVD
without issue. It doesn't seem like that should fix the problem, but
what do I know, I'm just a rube who likes making images melt and gets
befuddled thinking too much about compression schemes (and btw why do
you call avi files horrible horrible?)

Oh yeah, and this is a simple 720x480 piece, no HD or the like.

Thanks

Kevin

Till now you seriously considered yourself to be the body and to have a
form. That is the primal ignorance which is the root cause of all trouble.
