They say that the expression peds control the 4 stomp box things,
and show how to hook that up. 
Works similar to using a pedal with the DL4, but each stomp box can be 
controlled
by either pedal(or by none).
Also, you can control as many stompboxes with each pedal as you like. 

It looks like you won't be controlling the looper feedback with the 
expression ped.

The feedback on the looper only comes into operation during overdub,
and you have to go into setup mode to change the setting.
They don't say if the loop keeps running when you go into "setup".
