I automate all my mixing/panning. In every case where I've worked with FOH engineers, the result was good and I experienced a good working relationship with them. If an FOH engineer wanted to work with separate outputs, I'd be open to it as long as I could hear everything as needed in my floor monitor. -- Kevin
