OT-SUPER LATE POST to MULTI-effects..

Just chiming in here...just got the Line6 Pod X3 Live the other day and 
will
post some more detailed review soon.

Just some quick info right now:
        * As always, I like the amp and cabinet models
        * Most of their stomp box models are also there, but no looper
        * minimum routing flexibility
        * lots of connections
        * no MIDI sync
        * microphone in, but no phantom power
        * two independent processing paths (which can be used on the same
input or on two instruments independently)
        * full set of both guitar and bass amp/cabinet models

As a quick summary: Line6 has followed its tradition of making something
great, then falling short of perfection in some tiny details.
