fcb1010 and EDP sudden flakyness

Hey gang,
there is something strange going on when controlling
the EDP with my FBC1010,sometimes when i am recording
quantisized "more loops" and want to record or come
back to a pre recorded loop it goes into the lame duck
period showing 000 and erases the loop and starts
recording over it, as if i had press the FCB1010
button twice.other times it sends a parameter mode
message,i dont know if the problem is the FCB1010 or
the EDP,has anybody had this problem?
If playing with "more loops",is there a way to program
the FCB1010 buttons so that they wont go into record
mode in case i accidentally press one of them?
thanx
Luis
