I've gotten a lot of use out of the Alesis Wedge, which was great because it had those four soft faders and the big display, plus tap tempo.  Unfortunately, all of that required front panel real estate which made it a table-top unit instead of rackmountable, so taking it out on gigs was a hassle, but it sounded great.

The Alesis Midverb 2 had an infinite reverb in it that was just amazing.
