looper's nightmare at soundcheck

wow wow wow... had been playing at la paz, bolivia the day before. 4000 meters altitude, cold.

then i arrived at sea level in santa cruz, hot, humid climate.

at the soundcheck, mobius started to work on its own: going into half speed, multiplying, etc. without me touching anything. wow. i said wow for about a minute.

then i decided to get rid of all key commands and work with foot control only.

that helped. seems as if the humidity had sneaked under the keys and triggered them.

 

i was on guard for the rest of the night, expecting anarchy to break loose at any moment...
