That was Tarey P., the photographer who has taken all the pictures and 
videos for the 1st and 2nd Annual Boise Experimental Music Festivals.  I'm 
not sure what program he uses. He is making a two set DVD for last year's 
festival as well, should be done in February and really cool! Lots of 
psychedelic effects along with the sound board recordings.
