Why not DIY? Use:
        * one fanless, smallsize PC computer with battery power option:

        * you wouldn't want a screen and keyboard: get LED elements with 
USB

        * get an audio interface like...anything you'd like with USB2 or
Firewire
        * get some kind of foot control
        * do your software implementation in MAX/MSP and install it on the
computer
        * assemble everything on a floorboard and have fun!
