If you can wait until the January macbook pro releases, you can get the 
third generation of the duo core...even faster than these.

FYI:  MacBook (and Macbook pro) laptops released this week. more power same
price. using Intel's new "Santa Rosa" chipset.
Besides a better graphics card (the Intel GMA X3100 processor) and a faster
front-side bus, the Santa-Rosa-equipped laptops will also support the
latest, 802.11n Wi-Fi specification. The base model will get a slightly
faster 2-Ghz Intel® CoreT2 Duo processor T7300, and mid- and upper-range
models will get a 2.2-GHz chip, according to PC Magazine .   Benchmarks
show ~ 10% increase in performance.
