Yeah, but simple isn't the point - it's what the feature set they do have says about what looping is that pisses me off. The DL4 is a great looper - simple, fairly inexpensive and without any of the nonsense that Roland and Digitech have added, whilst ignoring the useful stuff. 

There are people on this list making great music with simple loopers, they're just doing it in spite of what the people making them seem to assume they are for.
