OT: how to change reply adress in outl expr?

a fellow list member has told me that when replying to my posts,
the mail goes to me only instead of the whole list.
this explains all the "private" replies i have gotten.
i use outlook express and chewed through all the little option windows - 
can't find the thingie.
anybody out there who could help me with this?

(in this case the reply setting comes in handy...)
