Jumping in here.. having to re-purchase Photoshop suite would have been 
very
expensive if I switched to Mac. This influenced my decision to stay with 
the
PC for now.

What "x-tra mac software"?
What are you planning to do with it that is not supported by Apple's  
bundled software?
