Re: OT RE: FC300 and VG-99

Mech,

That is great...

So far none of your concerns are deal breakers for me.
I am particularly interested in the synthesis side of things- particularly the programming.

How many osc types are there?
How much modulation can be done?
Same for filters, lfo's and envelopes.

Any arpeggiation?

Probably because I have the attention span of a dyslexic two year old with ADD, I am not worried about integration with analog guitar and the synth side of things- it is a very binary argument for me- I'll either play synth or guitar but never the two together- I do wonder how deep the synth programming goes though.
Or would you say I am better of sticking to the GI10 and my wall of hardware synths?

I'm particularly interested in any supersaw oscillators, so I dont have to keep dragging a JP8000 to gigs just to be able to use its ribbon controller.

Jim

That said, let me know if there are any specific questions about the VG-99, and I'll try to address them.
