There are replacements for sale here:

Their part number is 73-SWT-EDP-FC-STP.  That is a combination of a 
Carling P26L-1D-RND MTL plus a large bushing that makes it a drop in 
replacement for the original plastic red buttons.

The P26L momentary switches don't snap like typical stomp buttons.
