Re: octave pitch shifting down?




I love the Boss OC-2 Octave.

I like mixing the original sound with the signal transposed 1 octave  
down. The original signal adds dirt/realism to the octaved sound  
which by itself seems synthetic, like a sine or square wave.
Of course the pure octaved sound has its appeal, too...
All these settings can be configured on the pedal itself without the  
need for a separate mixer.
