Here are a few features off the top of my head...

Independant control over 4 tracks (including  pitch, pan level insert 
patchpoint),
individual outputs,
full fidelity audio -without preemphasis/deemphasis and the aliasing 
this causes in the EDP when using a fuzzbox,
variable feedback control
memory card backup and storage,
usable physical user interface,
metering for each track,
headpone output with independant level control
