   Hi Buzap et al;

   Yes, I'm visually impaired, (blind) so yes, have much exp on this!  lol!

   I kind of need the equip to be an extension of my body, but also having 
seen, the visual feedback aspect can also be a comfort / confidence 
builder 
too...

   One thing that non visual feedback requires of me though, that I think 
can be a good thing as far as gear goes regardless of whether one can see 
or not, is a rather thorough understanding of my instrument(s) / gear I'm 
using for a performance.

   -Just my thoughts...  :)  Oh, and sorry for the late response to this 
thread, have been crazy busy and am catching up on email...
