I think most common hotels on Ocean street or Pacific Ave would be fine. I may stay at the Best Western this year.  The year before last year I stayed at the Bay Front Inn...not bad.   The year before that I stayed at the Inn Cal on Ocean. I don't recommend that hotel, however.

Hi all - I'm planning to be at LoopFest in October.   Can anyone tell me what location is best for a hotel?  Does the Fest occur near the beach or closer to downtown?  I'd like to be as close to the action as possible!  Thanks in advance for your help.
