Cassette looping video

I've uploaded a short video of looping with my cassette four-track and 
dictaphone.

I'm still figuring out video, this looked very sharp on my own computer, 
but on Youtube it has a bit of that rain-on-the-lens quality. I saved it 
as a .wmv at 640x480, which was recommended on a couple of sites, but it 
seems I could do better. What do other people use?
